Queen of Mocha “Cascara“
It is the outer shell of the coffee bean, dried in natural ways, taking part of the taste and properties of the coffee beans. It has a sugary taste and sharp flavours.
Ingredients: The outer crust of coffee with ginger and cinnamon
1- Put two cups of water on the stove
2- Add 10 grams of tea to water,
3- Leave the water and ingredients to boil for 5-10 minutes
4- Strain the tea .
5- Sip and enjoy Cascara Tea hot or cold.
